½ lb. boiled ham, sliced thin Grease 13 x 9 pan
½ lb. pepperoni, sliced
½ lb. provolone cheese, sliced thin
6 eggs
2 pkgs. Crescent rolls
1/4 cup Grated, Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Garlic salt
Parsley flakes
Mix eggs with handful of grated cheese, garlic salt, and parsley flakes. Layer ingredients on top of first package of crescent rolls; ham, pepperoni, and provolone. Repeat until gone. Pour ½ of egg mixture over layers. Add 2nd package of crescent rolls over layer. Pour remaining egg mixture on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Top should be dry – be careful, burns easily.
