2 packages dates, pitted
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs
Chop pitted dates and mix in blender with the eggs. Add other ingredients and whip to foamy. Pour custard in to pie crust. bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then lower heat to 325 until done (toothpick comes out clean in center of pie).
