2 cups White Vinegar
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 medium Onion
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Mixed Pickling Spices
12 eggs, hard-boiled
Simmer ingredients except eggs in saucepan for 10 minutes. Put eggs in jar and cover with hot mixture. Refrigerate for several hours (better several days to a week later).
