Try adding the following ingredients to the above recipe for a delicious change:
2 tablespoons freshly snipped dill.
1 tablespoon dehydrated onion flakes.
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup medium rye flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 teaspoons caraway seeds
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon water
Add ingredients in the order listed. All ingredients must be at room temperature.
Press SELECT for Normal.
Press START. Bread will be ready in 3 hours.
After baking, press STOP/RESET. Remove bread from Bread Machine and pan. Cool on rack.
