2 1/2 pounds chicken wings
1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup butter or margarine, 1 stick
Split wings at each joint and discard tips. Pat dry and deep fry at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until crispy and drain. Combine hot sauce and butter. Dip wings in sauce and coat completely.
*Equally crisp wings - Bake on rack in roasting pan at 425 degrees - for 1 hour - turn half way through.
